Course Policies:

- $50 Rescheduling fee if you cancel within 2 weeks of class start date. (please make sure the dates you choose will work before you book it)

- Classes cannot be refunded. Classes can transfer if class has not been started. 

- All classes not used within 1 year of purchase are forfieted. 

- Students have 3 months to complete open water dives. after 6 months, a $85 refresher is required before going to open water. 

- A $50 rescheduling fee will be assessed if any student  comes to class unprepared. (not completed all work, forms and releases are not completed, not having appropriate gear)

Returns:

- No Refunds on mask, fins, snorkels

- No Refunds on Classes

- 10 day return policy on dive gear, after 10 days no refunds or exchanges. 

- All returns and refunds must be unused and in its original package with all tags. 

Trip Policy and Travel Information:

1. There is no refund unless we can sell your spot or trip does not run.  

2. If Payments are not received by required due date. The Scuba Shop reserves the right to modify or resell this reservation without notice. 

3. If we cancel the trip, a full refund is issued. 

4. All rooms and prices are based on double occupancy.

If you would like to stay as a single then there is a single room fee.

If you are a single taveler and we cannot fill a spot for you to room with someone then you will be required to pay the single traveler fee.  We will do everything in our ability to help find someone for you.

Dive Charters:

- Cancelations before 72 hours can be refunded. 

- Cancelations less than 72 hours will be credited a future charter

- Cancelations less than 24 hours or no shows will be forfeited. (please be on time so everyone can leave on time)
