In this course you learn how to set up and use side mount gear.

There are many benifits of the side mount configuration:

• It removes the weight of the tank off your back (you can put your cylinders on in the water)
• It creates a more streamline effect (air consumption and kicking effort can improve)
• It allows a diver to carry double the amount of air on a single dive
• It is the first step in technical side mount diving

The course is set up with e-learning, one pool session and three dives.
