Get Ready to have FUN..
There is nothing like breathing underwater for the very first time. It takes a little getting used to but after a few minutes most participants realize how easy scuba diving really is.
What You Learn
- Learn what wearing scuba equipment feels like and how to move it underwater
- Learn how to breathe underwater and learn you can be comfortable doing it
- Learn some basic skills and safety rules that will carry over to your full scuba certification course when you take the next step
The Materials You Need To Bring
A bathing suit, a towel, and just your willingness and undivided attention.
Prerequisites
To participate in the Discover Scuba Diving program you must be at least 10 years old.
If under 18 must have a parent signature on release form that will be filled out at The Scuba Shop.
Note: Any “YES” responses on medical questionaire will require your physician to sign a PADI Medical statement form stating you are fit to dive. Unfortunately, we will not be able to allow you into the water until proper documents are signed.
Your Next Adventure
Once you complete a Discover Scuba Diving program, you'll want to check out: The Open Water Diver certification course.
Sign up for the Open Water Course within 30 days of completion to the Discover Scuba Course and apply everything you paid for the Discover but $25 towards your class.
